Professional Consultation
To Other Professionals
As experienced therapists we offer systemic consultation and supervision to other professionals who are interested in systemic work with individuals, couples, families or professional networks or organisations. This may be either for a single session, or on an occasional or regular basis. More typically it would be on a regular basis, and so would meet the requirements for UKCP registration.
In addition we are registered with Bristol University Diploma in Family Therapy to offer family therapy trainees and their families or network a series of consultation sessions as part of the course requirement.
To Organisations or Professional Networks
We have training and expertise in working with complex organisational needs, focussing on Context, Process and Impact of Change.
In particular we can offer consultation to the complex personal/professional networks involved with Looked-After Children, helping agencies and professionals to consider the past, present and future implications of complex decision-making. This might include consideration of the impact of behaviour on the network and how to maintain a cohesive support network in the face of difficulties. This would be of interest to independent fostering and adoption agencies.
We are available for Brief Solution-Focussed Systemic Consultation to professional teams, networks and organisations on short or long term contracts.
Travel to offer consultation or training to groups would be negotiable.
